Agent differences

Just a quick note to bring a relevant point to you. Most agents will tell you their unique marketing strategy for your property:

 

1. Ads in the paper (Coolum News, Sunshine Coast Daily)

2. A sign in the yard.

3. Lots of "Open for Inspections"

4. Use of their considerable buyer lists (which contradicts #1). If they have buyers, then why do you have to pay to advertise for more?.

5. The magic window card and/or

6. The 'Auction' solution.

 

If you have interviewed more than a few agents, you will begin to see that they all sound the same. There's nothing different, nothing unique. They are just doing what they have always done. The market HAS changed, shouldn't their marketing? Buying is a process, not an event. After 23 years in the business, I understand that.
